[upki-fed:00939] uApproveJP-2.5.0 のインストールおよび設定方法について

鳴門教育大学 情報基盤センター 多田です。

学認運用に向けてShibboleth-IdPに、開発ツールにあるユーザー同意取得システム：uApproveJPを導入しようと、
uApproveJP-2.5.0のインストールおよび設定方法のガイドに沿って進めていますが、
「2 基本的なディブロイ」の段階でエラーとなり、その先の設定等には至っていません。

uApproveJP-2.5.0を導入されている機関の担当者様のお知恵をお借りしたいと思っています。

エラーの情報は、以下のような状況です。
ガイドの「2.2 設定のカスタマイズ」で追加した「Bean 定義」をコメントアウトすると、エラーにはなりません。
このような状況として、どういった原因が考えられるでしょうか？
また、このガイドの「4 高度なデプロイ」の項目がありますが、最低限どこまで設定するは、
利用できるようになるのでしょうか？
